No. What you are witnessing is someone going through the Wayback Machine of an artist who long nuked her portfolios, resulting in all uploads under her name automatically being a bad Twitter ID. Not uncommon, either here, to have old Pixiv or Twitter works saved till long after the artist nuked, resulting in all uploads being an automatic bad ID.
