Wow, that's depressing...

Seem like they both suffered from the break-up.

This is inspired by the Filipino song “Magasin.” It’s about childhood friends who drifted apart, and years later the guy sees the girl again in a magazine — “dilaw ang iyong suot at buhok mo’y green” (“you’re wearing yellow and your hair is green”). The artwork is literally referencing that lyric.
