She must be having a dream. Why? Mosquitoes are not swarming ever bit of her exposed skin.
She "reeks of tobacco, sweat and grass" according to post #8349675. Maybe mosquitoes don't like such a smell? They do prefer non-smokers over smokers, from my personal experience.
