IMO this is not AI-generated but rather AI-assisted. The minute details are too consistent for this to be AI-generated, but there's still some dissonance that can only result from redrawing/tracing other picture. For example, there's an extra button hole on the right side and uneven spacing on both button and holes, but the patterning on the panties are almost perfectly mirrored.
