I always wondered how P3 cast can summon their persona in P4 Arena.

I mean they would constantly shoot theirselves in the head in the game, which would be lol

Their evokers are unnecessary in the TV world...which is where all the battles in arena take place

Actually I saw akihiko do it still, both his Ziodyne Special and his big finisher have him shooting himself to do it. As for mitsuru, not totally sure really but if Akihiko is doing it I think mitsuru will too.

They only use Evokers for their strongest spells.
Just like when P4 cast crushes card during theirs.

Story-wise, Mitsuru notes how much easier it is in summoning a persona without the need of an evoker. Whether it's just old habits or to pull off powerful spells, it's still cool looking.
