those comments are probably from the same people who think anemachi's going to become a vtuber herself. unless specifically discussed by suisei at some point, there's no reason to believe anemachi's going to get herself involved in the vtuber business as well, much less move into the same house with her, coco, and pptenshi.

Checking the comments, the evidence is from 13:39 on the stream where it apparently has Suisei saying that Anemachi is moving nearby and is allowed to visit.
Had a look at it with the auto-translate on in an attempt to verify, but as expected the translation was "elite" to the point that I doubt even Choco-sensei could decipher it. That being said it is directly followed up by Coco replying to Suisei, "Oh, my dad is ng" at 13:53. So it adds up.

While not a house per se, apparently they finally found a place. A pair of apartments, one with Suisei and her sister and the other with Kanata and Coco.

And then they arranged Rushia to move on as well, making even more sweet as she was one of the memebers who was separated at a very considerable distance for offline events. She expressed her happiness in one stream when that happens and then another the day after she arrives.
