Speaking of which, they really need to get some sleep- IIRC there were studies that showed that overwork actually decreased the eventual quality of the work. Also, and trust me on this, unless you're dealing with the kind of spicy stuff that the Guinness Book takes an interest in, eating spicy stuff to stay awake also has diminishing returns.
