You can lose weight pretty fast from dehydration, just saying.
Yup, checking your weight the first thing in the morning pretty much just tells you, "This is how much you sweated during the night."
If the girl was active much of the time (apparently not the case here), she could have lost a little bit of fat, too, but that’s easy to replace by eating during daytime.
Basically, you can lose weight for real in this way, and it might be more enjoyable than by hiking. But it will take time, and you’ll need to watch your diet.

Sad thing that weight loss by sex only works if you're the one actively moving. Being a limp dead fish won't do much aside from the sweating part...
