Breasts being squeezed together doesn't change their volume. It's not like they're made of air. And in the case they do look smaller the tags should reflect that. For example if a female character is suppressing their breasts using a sarashi so her large breasts look like small breasts I'm not going to tag the picture large breasts.

The wiki literally says
If this seems large for 'medium' breasts, just remember:
Breasts in anime art defy biology, physics, and common sense. [...] these tags don't make sense when you try to apply them to living people. They're made for two-dimensional teenage heroines for whom anything less than double-Ds is on the small side. - iridescent slime
If we tag every image by real standards then basically all anime girl images with breasts => huge will also be tagged bad anatomy in some form due to lack of sagging.
Additionally, tags exist to help people find what they want. If a majority of anime girls are tagged huge or absurdly large breasts due to real life standards the tags won't be very useful because the range of breast sizes found in these tags would be too wide.
Tags being useful also requires tagged images to be relatively consistent with wiki definitions. If everyone tagged according to their personal beliefs then there would be much less consistency between images with a tag.
