I know people don't usually go to Danbooru for content like this, but I wanted to add to one of my most favrotie drawings alongside this message; No matter how awful everything seems, try your absolute best not to lose hope.
Right now there's a lot of agitation and shame going on in the world, and they just keep increasing day by day. I know it all may seem hopeless because of that. But it isn't, there are still many reasons to look around and realize that the world hasn't ended yet and there is value to keeping a strong and positive heart even throughout it all.
That's what this image reminds me of. I helps me put into perspective that even if all seems dire now, those feelings won't last. Everything is waves and troughs, and eventually you may find yourself in a better situation than right now. Until then, please don't ever let the darkness of the world rob your of your joy. Don't let it rob you of your sense of wonder.
I know it's easier said than done. I myself struggle with trying to apply this logic to myself. And I know that whatever struggles you're facing with right now aren't going to magically disappear overnight just because you've read some schmaltzy message on an image-sharing website. But I wanted to share this, my personal favorite drawing by one of my most favorite artists, in the hopes that it can be a sanctuary space for you to stop, take a breather and find ways to take your mind off of what's weighing you down.
And if this image can't do that for you, I hope you at least have something that can. Do whatever you need to so you can allow yourself to be alleviated from your pain and not let it stop you in your tracks. And if no one in the world is wishing the best for you, I'm wishing the best for you! I hope you'll be able to find healthy and positive ways to cope with whatever is ailing you and come out on top!
Thank you. "This, too, shall pass" needs to be plastered everywhere because it's so easy to forget. And when you find yourself trying to sleep on a hot summer night and there is nothing but darkness, heat and your thoughts, things feel overwhelming.

Lonely nights where your only company are your thoughts and uncomfortable temperatures can often feel difficult to bear. I empathize with you.
