    Victory Day Art

    “Happy Victory Day”

    Today, May 9th, we commemorate the 81st Victory Day , a day that remains a symbol of courage, sacrifice, and the unwavering spirit of the Allied soldiers and people who fought against the cruel and inhumane oppression of Germany during World War II.

    They fought, endured, and gave their lives together to end the war and prevent the world from falling into darkness and destruction.

    Maybe this is a misunderstanding from wording. By "oppression of Germany", are we talking about the oppression Germany inflicted on others, or the oppression inflicted on Germany? Because I'm pretty sure no allied soldiers were in it to save Germany from oppression.

    Pretty sure that it's the first.
