This is far from, "low quality". Besides her breast's (which are far larger than most characters), what on her even looks "balloon body"? Her thighs, calves, and stomach have clear definition and are definitely not just round like a balloon. I'm just gonna respectfully disagree, this is not a poor quality animation.
the lower leg, under-thigh and her lips at 0:51 are a bit odd. for the leg it's a combination of unfortunate angle/perspective on the lower leg (a limb that points directly at the camera appears shorter) and lack of shadow on the under-thigh (the bottom of her leg has shadow for the rest of the scene). also that angle on the under-thigh is just an odd one -- i have a pic of a girlfriend like that & you just don't see legs from that angle much. the problem isn't poor modeling or animation so much as a little poor composition? Like if you were taking pics of an IRL woman in this same position you'd have (most of) the same issues, but the woman being IRL would means it wouldn't register to the brain as badly drawn but instead as "huh I don't see leg from this angle much" actually I found this same angle on the same character done a bit better, at post #11727241. foot goes offscreen so the length of the leg is maintained, more shading on the under-thigh to define the transition from the thigh to the butt under the mons pubis
dunno whats up w her lips tho. has the "washed-up actress who's had 1 too many operations done & has flipped over into looking ugly" look, moreso than she does earlier in the vid -- not sure why, could be lighting or angle, or maybe the artist messed with their makeup trying to get a "smeared lipstick" look
