Funnily enough, the real Lucifer didn't catch on what Judgement was about to do. Moon, on the other hand? She did.

This implies that for all of their antagonism, Judgement never really blasted Lucy, whereas Moon likely had at least one disguise ruined by sudden pyromancy to the face.

Lucy did invite her to the movies to watch talking animal flicks so she does understand that trying to smooth things over between the two is the best option if they are going to be in close proximity to one another.

Doesn't change the fact that Judgment really doesn't mind blasting her, but Lucy does make the effort to reconcile... regardless of the outcome.
