I don’t think so. The wiki entry (the question mark next to the character tag) says that the humanoid design is fanmade. Technically that doesn’t stop them from declaring it official, but that is doubtful given that someone else would own the design and they probably would need to either purchase or license the rights to the design.

Officially fanmade if that's a thing.
It comes from a HoYoFair song, Dig down!! so, officially commissioned by the company, but it isn't in any way cannon and won't be in the game.
