The 3 characters in between Violet and Amelia Watson are all related to the music producer Porter Robinson. The character with the white shirt and red scarf next to Violet is an original character from the music video of Porter Robinson's song "Musician" and the girl next to him is Rin from the song "Shelter" which has a music video produced by A-1 Pictures. The character beside her is based on an illustration depicting Porter Robinson himself from his VOCALOID6 voicebank. idk how you would tag them on here, but you can verify all this just from going to his youtube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@porterrobinson/

Looks like the last character to be identified is the police/security guard looking character at the corner of the building, surrounded by some of the Blue Archive girls, just below the word "Arch".
I'll concede if it turns out to just be a random security guard making sure the Blue Archive guns are only props.

Why is this tagged multiple persona?
