To be honest, seeing this fan art makes me think of some kind of OC that decide to investigate a bit of the disappearance of OG Mahiro or something like that

Exactly, I imagine that he only knows that "My daughter is helping his big Brother in rehabilitation" and not much else because his wife only tells him that much of information, and then when he returns to the house, expecting to see his son at least a bit better he found a mini version of his wife, his daughter and his Wife. then he hears the explanation of who is the Mini Wife.

Of course, he is the rational one (Mahiro has to had that trait from someone) and starts screaming to those two because on how wrong all of this is, and that therapy was an option, actually communicate between them was also a good option, anything is way more better than "Oh, I give my big brother this drug that is any case shape or form an experimental drug" and "I would put cameras on the room of my laboratory rat Big Brother to check how is he dealing with this" or with his wife "Oh, I have no problem with my youngest daughter drugging my oldest son so he can grow up as a person".

And that's only if she thinks it was a safe drug, if not, the situation is way worse.

I really think a lot about this
