Strongly suspect the original image is AI. Reverse image searching gives no real source, it's almost all Pinterest results. But I don't see any major tells in the image (thanks to it being low res and compressed) - aside from the pose being unrealistic. Some of the frills are a little bit wonky, and there's a weird red line on the pink part of her thighhigh, and I think her ear is a little misshapen.
