Ruleshi has more than that. Per JBIS, he has 1,417 registered foals, 1,133 of which has at least one start as of this writing.

That's because they're still tabulating the foals that were covered in 2025 (so born 2026). It won't be until some time in fall when the actual numbers'd be up for any given stallion.

I hope the concept of empathy is understandable.

To be honest, it depends on where are you from. In ex-USSR countries (at least Ukraine and Russia, from personal experience) quite a few people were actually not sad at all. Mostly older folks who grew up during the Cold War. I was a freshman at university at the time and no classes were canceled, our professor just told us what happened and proceeded to lecture.

As much as we like to joke about it, I imagine most people outside of the US can still appreciate the importance of 911, and that is was an attack not only against the US, but West as a whole. Similar to the Trump assassination, if it can happen in the US, it can happen anywhere. Which is why foreign politicians were so quick to condemn it.

Context: Blue Archive used to have a 200-pull spark system, but it is now changed to a Hoyo-style 50/50 pity system.

100 pulls now gives you a 50% chance to get the featured 3-star character. If you lose the 50/50, you are guaranteed the featured character at 200 pulls.
The issue is that pity resets to 0 once you get the featured student. So if you got the student at 190 pulls, you cannot use the 190 pulls to spark another character because it gets set to 0. This change is only good for pulling a single character from a banner, but it is very bad if you want to pull multiple characters in a banner.

Lucy did invite her to the movies to watch talking animal flicks so she does understand that trying to smooth things over between the two is the best option if they are going to be in close proximity to one another.

Doesn't change the fact that Judgment really doesn't mind blasting her, but Lucy does make the effort to reconcile... regardless of the outcome.
