Nipples look off to me, more like just pasted there, maybe also a bit to high. It feels like they shouldn´t be there. Her eyes are kinda large, maybe too large. A minor flaw is her navel which is higher as it should be I guess. Another minor thing is her thumb, but yeah.. not something big of a problem here.
I guess the combination of those flaws is the reason why approvers didn´t want to approve it, or because this isn´t not the style they would approve, as the image is 6 years old already. For this image I would recommend to appeal it in the thread of with the appeal function, maybe someone will like it, even with those flaws.

1# is okay, maybe a bit uninteresting given the poor coloring
2# long leg, maybe short left arm, her POV
3# just look at the face of girl number 3. It´s kinda sketchy too with a IMO bad perspective

1# wasn´t approved, it was uploaded by some user with unrestricted uploads. If you think it´s poor quality, you can flag it.
2# was already flagged.

If you want any image approved, then don´t compare them to others you think have poor quality. Flag the images you think that are bad enough to be flagged. Only in a very few cases it´ll really help you case of comparing.

Sorry if that's a lot at once, but these cover around a two week window of uploads.

So with these, none of them are remarkable or distinct to me, but a few seem to have more serious issues.

This one has odd anatomy, particularly with their head, waist, and neck. They also don't appear to be grounded correctly; it looks like their feet are fixed on two different planes.

I think when uploading from copyrights and characters that you particularly like it's good to be a little more discerning and upload the pieces that are truly good representations of them, rather than just because you like them or because someone else may.

Other things posted recently just don't appeal to me I don't have anything to say on them

I wanted to ask about what the stance is on uploading images that are from a paid site like patreon/fanbox, but are made available publicly for all users for free without a subscription by the artist on said site. Do these kinds of posts still fall under the updated rules for no paid content from forum #168930? This is my deleted post in question: post #4011580

Can we also ask about pending posts that haven't been approved but still haven't been deleted yet?

If you don't need to pay to see them they are fine to upload.
