Instead of simply downvoting, couldn't you just downvote AND explain what I missed then?
Is it THAT important to preserve a png AND a jpg of one pic? I'd rather keep the png tho.
They're not exact copies and we don't delete posts just because a better one was uploaded later. The JPG was uploaded first, and the superior PNG was uploaded later. Deleting one of them would just punish the uploader for no reason and doesn't even accomplish anything server-side because both are still saved, all it would do is label one Deleted as opposed to Active.
